  • How do I order?
    -- check our Ordering Help Page for complete step-by-step details.
     

  • Do I have to order through the web site?
    -- No, you can call us almost anytime and order through our toll-free number (800) 938-1911.
     

  • What if I want to return my purchase?

    • No problem. We believe in the "Sam Walton guarantee" - Satisfaction guaranteed, no questions asked, but please contact us within 10 business days.

    • Shipping charges are refundable only if it is a problem with the merchandise or a mistake in the order on our part.

    • All returns must have a return authorization number within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and returned within 15 days of receiving the return authorization. -- A 5% to 20% restocking fee may be applied, but if it is a question of quality or a mistake in the order on our part, there is no restocking fee.
       

  • Do you offer volume discounts?
      Price breaks are shown on the product pages. If you need a quantity larger than 1case (144), then please call us for the best price.
     

  • How fast can I get my order?

    • We ship immediately.  We will call you if we are out of stock.

    • Expedited shipping is sometimes not available on the Shopping Cart when you place your order. If it is a special shipping option that you need, call us to arrange the shipping method you want.
       

  • Can I have it shipped to my Post Office Box?

    • Most items, specifically Jesus Hats, Military hats, skullcaps, and some others can be shipped directly from our office through the Post Office.
       

  • Do you take international orders?

    • Yes, subject to import/export restrictions and fees. Usually it is not a problem, but every country is different in some way. Duties and tariffs will have to be paid by the consignee.

    • International Orders may be subject to dimensional weight rates.

    • Please contact us at sales@military-hats.com so we can process your credit card.

    • We do not ship to international addresses that are different than the Cardholder's name and address.

  • Can I get Net 30 billing Purchase Orders?

    • Yes. Our billing accounts are handled through our Factor in Dallas, TX. They require the usual credit references. Contact us for a credit application.
