Do you offer volume discounts?
-- Price breaks are shown on the product pages, usually beginning
with a dozen. If you need a quantity larger than 10 cases (1,440),
then please call us for the best price.
Custom Screen Printing and Embroidery
Time frame is generally 2 to 3 weeks or so for delivery.
Prices may vary with the type of article, oversize of your logo, or
special considerations.
Embroidery and Screen Printing can be ordered over the phone. There
are so many variables with custom orders that we have found that it
is much easier and quicker to allow us to speak to you over the

Colors: We can change the colors of the threads to whatever you
want even if it is different than the picture.

Size: We will size it to the shape and size of the hat.

What Locations Do You Provide Services?

All our products are at our online stores, our warehouses and
sales department are located within the DFW Metropolis,
Waxahachie and Maypearl, Texas.

Orders placed online can be delivered anywhere within the
continental U.S., as well as internationally.
ORDERING
Rush Orders - will have an added charge of $15
When
placing an order,

Find the cap you are looking for and enter the quantity that you
want.

click on the Add to Cart button. This will log in your order
info, pop up a little confirmation sign, and return you back to
the page you were on.

Go through and order all the items you want.

If you are ordering embroidery or screen
printing for your item, you can go to "Add
Embroidery" or "AddScreenprinting"
and place your order online, or just call us toll-free and place
your order over the phone. One embroidery/screenprinting order
per design.
Let's say you want 10 different styles of hats and you
have two different logos. You want one logo to go on 4 dozen
hats and the other to go on the remaining 6 dozen. First order
all your hats, then go to the AddEmbroidery Page. First place
one order for 36 embroideries, and then place a 2nd order for
the 72 embroideries.

When you are ready just click on the "View Cart" button. That
will take you to a secure Shopping site to record your payment
and shipping information.

If you are paying by Paypal or Fax, that option will appear on
the shopping cart when you Check Out.

Return to Shopping will bring you back to the same page so you
can continue.
International Orders

Yes, subject to import/export restrictions and fees. Usually it
is not a problem, but every country is different in some way.
Duties and tariffs will have to be paid by the consignee.

International Orders may be subject to dimensional weight rates.

Horizon Headwear, Inc. will only ship through UPS, for
international orders. We do not ship with personal carriers, or
private shipping companies.

RETURNS
Horizon Headwear, Inc. and affiliated companies will not assume
responsibility for normal wear and tear, abuse or goods soiled
through no fault of our own. Horizon Headwear, Inc. guarantees our
products and workmanship.
RETURNS
All
returned items must be in original condition,
All used items will not be refunded or exchanged
Exchanges
If there is nothing wrong with the product, but you want to return
it anyway, there is a 25% restocking fee for orders within 15 days
of shipping.

Horizon Headwear, Inc. will exchange any product within 15 days
of shipping, in its original condition;

Or, credit the order back at the same amount of the original
sales price, with a restocking fee of 25% of the total order.

Items sent to us require a tracking number or return merchandise

Packages sent C.O.D., or "Freight Collect" will be refused.
Defective Items

If any goods are found defective, they must be returned to
Horizon Headwear, Inc. for replacement or credit within 10 days
of goods shipping.

The original invoice must accompany the return.

Must be in the original condition with original packaging.

Must call and get an RA number.

Total order will be credited back to customer.

Shipping must be

SHIPPING
How fast can I get my order?
-- We ship 2-3 days of the order being placed.
- Expedited shipping is available on the Shopping Cart when you
place your order.
- If it is a special shipping option that you need, call us to
arrange the shipping method you want.
Can I have it shipped to my Post Office Box?
-- Generally, we ship via UPS out of our warehouses, and UPS does
not deliver to the Post Office. Many items, specifically Jesus Hats,
Military hats, skullcaps, and some others can be shipped directly
from our office through the Post Office.
If you must have it delivered to a Post Office Box or an APO, we can
have it shipped to our office first and then re-shipped through the
US Mail. Call us for special shipping needs. |
